Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a successful & rapidly growing banking organisation based in Belfast as they grow one of their key departments. This is a new & ambitious team within the business & has excellent future scope for development. Our client is looking for financial service’s professionals to join this exciting team!

The Job…

Working closely with the wider team, you will be involved in:

• Supporting the management of the team’s portfolio from a credit & risk perspective.
• Engaging with clients & resolving queries quickly and efficiently.
• Assisting with due diligence processes.
• Identifying opportunities for further customer relationship development.

The Ideal Candidate…

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following:

• Strong previous experience within a customer service background (ideally within the banking or financial services sector).
• Proven ability to maintain excellent client relationships.
• ‘Can-do’ approach to problem solving.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
