Job Title: Senior Cardiac Physiologist - Cath Lab
Location: Maidstone
Type: Permanent
Hours: Part time
Salary: £35,392 - £42,618 per annum (competitive)

Are you a qualified Cardiac Physiologist with experience in invasive cardiac investigations? Are you seeking an opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic environment?

We are seeking an experienced interventional Cardiac Physiologist to join our prestigious Cath Lab team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary Cardiology team, you will work closely with Consultant Cardiologists to deliver a comprehensive range of invasive and non-invasive cardiac investigations and procedures.

This role offers 19 hours per week, with flexible working hours on a rota basis from Monday - Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to inpatient and outpatient services within the cardiac interventional suite, including Angiography, PCI’s, Pacing, and EP.
• Assist the Lead Interventional Suite Physiologist in the day-to-day management of services.
• Coordinate staff allocation within the cardiorespiratory department.
• Support training and development initiatives for departmental staff.
• Maintain continuous professional development.

Person Specification:

Essential:

• Qualified Physiologist (BSc or equivalent).
• Post-qualification experience in a Cardiac Interventional Suite.
• Demonstrated continuous professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in EP.
• Practical experience in change management.
