Reporting directly into an off-site Contracts Manager, the role of a Project Manager requires you to have knowledge of:
About you
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management, and communication skills. Proven track record of work for a top twenty main contractor advantageous.
Ideally from a trade, construction management or engineering background with a sharp eye for detail and finishes, you will possess strong planning and problem solving ability, with a positive, get it right first time approach.
You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
