Your Role:
As a senior solutions consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of potential customers and demonstrating how a specific Payroll and HR software solution can meet these needs from SD Worx's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Leading contributors to shaping and designing winning solutions on client opportunities linking customer business needs to value generated from solution

2.Working with sales colleagues to design, initiate and support initial client conversations into qualified opportunities and/or tangible business relationships.

3.Working with sales colleagues and Principal / Senior Solution Consultants to turn qualified opportunities in profitable implementation projects and annuity service contracts.

4.Requirement and solution integration point for Operations, Consultancy and third-party partners on client opportunities.

5.Contribute to SD Worx product management strategy development.

6.Comply with SD Worx Security Policies for the maintenance of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and to correct personal data.

7.Prepare, customise and deliver software and/or service demonstrations.

8.Provide thought leadership and content on one/multiple solution domain areas (people, processes, technology, business case, service model design, and engagement lifecycle).

Your Profile:
1.Proven evidence of experience operating within a consultancy or implementation environment at a senior level.

2.You have a thorough knowledge of HR and Payroll systems, processes and/or outsource service.

3.Business acumen to support design and adapt innovative pricing and scalable cost models to suit client specific opportunities.

4.Analytical thinking with ability to influence at senior level through highly effective communication and relationship skills.
