Job description
Our client is seeking to appoint a Customer Support Centre Team Leader. The successful applicant will be required to support the Manager in the efficient and effective running of the team. The postholder will assist the management team with floor management, delivering training, conducting 121’s and offering regular constructive feedback and coaching, playing an active role in team development. The role will involve becoming the first point of escalation for complex customer queries and complaints, in addition to working on a rota basis – including working weekends and bank holidays.
Candidates will have strong prior experience in a customer facing role and demonstrate an excellent customer focus, so strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills are a strong requirement. Candidates will be well organised and methodical with the ability to produce accurate and good quality work whilst also demonstrating an interest in current and future technology.
