Minor Works Manager (Permanent role)

Specialise in Operational FM and Minor works?
Your new permanent Minor Works Manager role will be working across NHS sites in the North East (Newcastle down to Middlesbrough) managing Sub-contractor and Internal teams during Minor Works Projects keeping these; GP offices, pharmacies, small hospitals and admin centres to ensure they adhere to standards, and work efficiently.
Day to day, you will work with set the standard for sub-contractors and internal teams working on any site upgrades projects. Whether it’s new glazing across a multi-site patch, Building fabric upgrades or your helping out with the operational FM winder projects, your role will be key to making these valued community sites safe and compliant.

To be able to hit the ground running, you will need a solid background in Operational FM or FM project works, as-well as a good background managing internal/external FM teams.
Package:
£40k-£50k (depending on experience) + Car allowance
