A hugely successful and fast-growing consumer business is searching for a Internal Communication Specialist to join their busy team near Bedford.

As Internal Communication Specialist you will work alongside the Customer Care Operations team ensuring they have easily accessible information to perform their roles:

• You will define and deliver the internal knowledge and communication strategy within the customer contact centre.
• Ensure change management messages and communicated to the team effectively.
• Update the internal information hub on product launches, promotions, and general market changes.
• Maintain the information hub ensuring all information is easily accessible and accurate.
• Monitor analytics and insights to improve communication.
• Assist the team in producing communication collateral.

To be successful:

• Experience within Internal Communications at senior level
• You will have excellent copywriting skills.
