ROLE OVERVIEW
Croud is a digital marketing agency with a unique business model , recently named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2023 .
As a Language Services Project Management Executive, you will be supporting the Senior Language Services Project Manager and Language Services Project Manager. You will be accountable for supporting the management and delivery of client tasks, such as the provision of content localisations and market insights , using both internal resources but also our unique and market leading network of on-demand specialists to scale activity across 100+ markets. You will join a team that is passionate about Language Services, and an agency that invests in its people, with training and development running through the core.
The successful candidate will be
highly organised with
excellent project management skills and detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism. They will be
passionate about languages and cultural insights , with a
strong interest in digital marketing , and will
ideally speak an additional language(s) to a fluent level .
Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the planning and delivery of tasks such as the provision of: localised website content, localised email newsletters, localisation audits and video subtitling
- Support the overall development of Croud’s Language Services offering
- Deliver excellence in required communication and client service standards for each client as well as generally
- Ensure a high-quality output is coming from the Croudie Network by supporting Croudies with thorough briefing material and training as required
- Challenge and propose refinements to our scalable processes with the Croudie
- Network to ensure we’re driving efficiencies while delivering a good quality output
- Assist in the selection of appropriate Croudies for new tasks
- Support the provision of accurate information to keep the Language Services team project management and financial trackers up to date
- Contribute to and support Croud marketing activities
- Contribute to the internal case study process, delivering world class case studies showcasing Croud and our client’s shared success stories
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
- Strong interest in localisation and cultural insights
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
- A mathematical and analytical mind
- Exceptional client service skills
- Highly organised and an ability to multitask
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of working to deadlines
- Proven time management skills
- Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal
- At least one additional language to a fluent level
- Preferable to have experience in CAT tools, such as Phrase

Standard hours are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
