About the Role
Midway Surgery in St Albans are looking for a hard-working, efficient, well-organised manager with good leadership skills and, sometimes, a sense of humour.
Are you looking for an organised, friendly and high-performing practice to share leadership and hard work with partners and job-sharing practice manager?
Perhaps you are a proven manager looking to reduce hours but still enjoy the drive and enthusiasm of business management?
This is a rare opportunity for part-time, job-sharing practice manager to work with our experienced practice manager particularly to take responsibility for business management aspects of the practice.
The practice Manager’s role is vast and diverse, and we found a job-share works well with this post predominantly responsible for finance, contracts, and IT. The other part-time manager is currently responsible for patients and staff – but we are very flexible according to skills, experience and preferences.
About the Candidate
If you are looking to work with a skilled and motivated team, supportive GP partners, would like to work part-time (24-30 hours) and have a proven track record of leading teams then we look forward to hearing from you.
