What you will do in your working day
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute directly towards our company business objective for active card holders through daily liaison with Account Managers and Sales Team ensuring that refer enquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Actively encourage a joined up working relationship between Sales/Account Management Customer Care Teams to provide a robust seamless service to our referrers
- Support with tasks generated on behalf of Referrers/Customers in line with business processes
- Building relationships with referrers and actively work with Account Management Team to encourage and guide referrers in line with business processes and to be as self- sufficient as possible, coach and support referrers and customers on how
to get the best out of our service - Support as necessary with account creations for dedicated referrers and others where support is needed
- Responsible for ensuring adequate stock of merchandise is available for Sales Team and Account Managers (B2B brochures, Cardholder leaflets and any other appropriate merchandise required)
- Supporting with Sales Team Diary Management and journey planning, appointments to be booked in for new business meetings using the company approved route planner for most cost-effective routes and coverage
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Qualification
- Functional skills in maths and English (if required)
- How training will be delivered is to be confirmed

After completion of your apprenticeship, you will potentially have the opportunity to progress onto full-time positions within the business.
