RATE OF PAY – £25,250–Plus AMAZING benefits!
CONTRACT TYPE –  FullTime
HOURS OF WORK –40 hours
SHIFT DETAILS – 5days out of 7

You are an individual with a passion for leading a team of people who arepassionate about creating extraordinary cocktails, making great drinks andcreating well-balanced and memorable experiences.
You will be focused on motivating, coaching and developing a team to provide continuousand seamless guest service. 
You will have fantastic communication skills, excellent attentionto detail and a commitment to high standards.
To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker,a strong team player and have previous experience managing a team, ideallywithin an establishment of a similar standard.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Assistant Bar Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with theday to day running of the department. You will be a strong team player and beable to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team.You will ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards at all times. You will work with a professionalapproach with a naturally friendly personality and create the very highest ofstandards through your team.
