Description: Part Time Private Dentist required for 3 days per week in a busy, mixed, well established practice in Taunton, Somerset
•    Mon, Thurs & Fri - 21.75 hours per week
•    50/50 split on private and all labs
•    Excellent private earning potential
•    Well established and maintained list
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary Endo
•    Apex locator
•    Practice offers Implants, Facial Aesthetics and Invisalign
•    Full support team with Hygienist
•    Staff car park
•    Train station 5 minutes walk, 10 minutes from Motorway
•    Available Jan 24, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
