Job description

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our national team of over 135 professionals at any of our four offices (Ashby, Blackpool, Bristol or Sittingbourne), where we can work together to deliver innovative solutions that help businesses make the two degrees of change.

We’re looking for people who can apply their expertise to embed efficiency and industry focused negotiation, supporting our business achieve its goals. If you are passionate about what you do and thrive in a target driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

As a Business Development Manager within Optimised, you will be part of our Sales team; reporting to the Head of New Business. You will be responsible for securing new business sales, working across our propositions and service verticals to develop strategy, identify opportunities, engage new clients, and mobilise new clients into the business.

The role will benefit from a car allowance to cover travel and also an uncapped commission scheme which against current targets would translate to a full OTE package of £80k+.
