Job description
Our client is a designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading technical medical devices. The business is undergoing significant and sustained global growth. In connection with this ongoing development, the business has identified a strategic requirement for a Commercial Business Development Manager to join its team.
This role will be responsible for the creative way of growing the company portfolio to new and previous customers in the Region.
Territory: M4 South Central – candidates based in Berkshire and Hampshire will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales and profit targets on product portfolio completing quarterly business reviews and forming action plan for creating opportunities
Ownership of pipeline and forecasting opportunities
Partnering with customers to promote value-based proposals
Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders
Develop a strong network of key stakeholders including KOLs
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
Previous experience in the Orthopaedics Sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position
Account planning and management
Building relationships and stakeholder management
