Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality counselling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
2. Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
3. Deliver remote counselling sessions via secure and confidential platforms.
4. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and relevant research to enhance therapeutic interventions.

Requirements:

1. BACP accreditation at Counsellor level (Band 6) with a proven track record of delivering effective counselling services.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
