The Role:

As a Primary Teacher , you will focus on delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment for assigned pupils.

Duties:

• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for assigned pupils.
• Plan, prepare, and evaluate programs of work, fostering a varied learning environment.
• Contribute to a positive ethos, providing a balanced and relevant curriculum.
• Supervise support staff, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Provide leadership in a designated subject, monitoring quality and standards.
• Support the school's Behaviour Policy and promote diversity within the academy community.
• Analyse data and advise on resources to maximise achievement.
• Foster continuity and learning experiences while ensuring the welfare of assigned children.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Primary Teacher, Classroom Teacher or in a similar role.
• Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with pending status considered.
• Experience in teaching or placements within the primary age phase.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum and/or Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
• Knowledgeable about statutory requirements, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, SEND, and Child Protection.
• Experience in leading a subject within the primary phase. (Desirable)
