Plumber/Multi

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Temp to Perm

Location: Southwark

Salary: £22 per hour

A Plumber/Multi is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

What does a Plumber/Multi role entail:

• General leak detection and fault finding
• Cut out and renew a section of a stack pipe/ between two floors
• Renew waste pipe back to stack
• Renew kitchen waste between two flats
• Cut out and renew cold down service
• Renew the mains drinking water between flats
• Remove and refit kitchen base units/ general carpentry

Requirements for the Plumber/Multi role:

• Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience
• Full UK Driving License (manual) - Mobile Role
