About The Role

DEPUTY MANAGER - CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE 

 

Old Elms - Rectory Walk, Gamston, Retford, Nottinghamshire,

 

40 hours per week (5 x 8 hour shifts on a rota basis) staggered start times.

 

Here at Kisimul we're dedicated to improving the lives of the children with Autism and learning difficulties that we support everyday.

We're excited to be opening a brand new Children's Home called 'Old Elm' - a beautiful home located in Gamston, just outside of Retford.

As Deputy Manager at Old Elm, you will be key in helping your team to support young people with complex needs. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results. Your ambition for the young people you support will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.

About the job:


This post involves responsibility for the establishment in the absence of the Registered Manager of the service as well as supporting the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the service, Ensuring that the regulatory requirements are met through the Statement of Purpose and that this statement meets regulatory requirements and is implemented, evaluated and reviewed within the appropriate timescales. 


The Deputy Manager will be part of the Senior Management Team with a lead responsibility for management, support and direction of the service.
