Job description
We are looking for a showroom assistant manager for a prestigious furniture retailer based near Rickmansworth. This company prides themselves on their product ranges, quality, and exceptional service. Coaching and training the team to understand their product offering, providing an excellent customer journey whilst driving the KPIs and sales are the main focuses of this role. It is about creating a nurturing environment, which keeps their customers coming back and recommending them, so great interpersonal skills are key. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their passion for interior design, being able to lead a team through great leadership and be the support for the showroom manager. The basic salary is up to £26,500 for the right candidate, which a good selection of benefits to the role.
