Job description
A national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Solicitor (qualified solicitor or CILEX) with 3+ PQE to join its team in Manchester and gain access to highly sought after NHSR panel work.
This is a fantastic promotion opportunity for someone at Solicitor-level to move straight into an Associate role.
The firm is on the highly sought-after NHSR panel, and you will develop a valuable specialism in acting on behalf of NHS Litigation Authority and NHS Trusts, protecting their interests.
The firm offers up to three days per week from home and you’ll be learning directly from some of the most successful and prominent lawyers in the field – the talent at this firm swamps the Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, paving the way for you to do the same.
In the role, you will manage litigated and pre-litigated defendant healthcare claims, conducting relevant investigations to repudiate or conclude the claim, liaising with third parties.
This national firm has its sights firmly set on growth and reaching the top 30. Along with these ambitions, it remains determined to retain the down-to-earth culture it has managed to continue to cultivate over its rich history.
