Job description
An exciting time in Wilmslow as this new Browns conversion is due to arrive this summer! We are looking for a highly experienced Head Chef to join us in preparation. Fantastic location, close to train station, situated in the affluent area of Wilmslow.
As Head Chef at Browns Wilmslow you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more

- Be driven to smash targets with your team.
- Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
- Work with a branded menu.
- Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
