Learning and Development Manager
Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a well-known brand based in Leicestershire. The role will work as part of the people team and be responsible for all training and people development across the business.
The role
This role will provide first class learning solutions across the business. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to provide learning solutions and concentrate on building development programmes, delivery of training across the business and implementing performance management processes. You will work closely with the HR Director and Head of People to enhance company culture and the onboarding programme for new starters.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates who are based in Southwest Leicestershire who have strong people development experience - with experience of designing and delivering learning and training across a business. You will be confident working with senior leadership team as well as building data information from scratch.
