Job description

The postholder will manage the Digital Marketing Executive responsible for UX optimisation across priority areas and target audiences and provide overall management of the e-comms and e-CRM strategy.

The postholder will work with the Senior Marketing Manager to build a strong understanding of business needs to support the creation of marketing plans to support all departments and business priorities. Research and reporting, working with the Insight Manager will be a key role requirement.

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in online and offline campaign creation and analytics, preferably through sport. Experience in developing, executing, and overseeing e-comms, web, and social plans which helped successfully achieve strategic objectives and ensure campaigns are integrated with communications and content creative where necessary.

The individual should also have direct experience with digital content management systems (e.g., WordPress), e-comms systems (e.g., Dot. Digital), and social planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite). Previous experience in applying insight to marketing planning and delivery and a strong understanding of SEO. Experience of offline marketing such as promotional events, point of sale creative, and direct mail is desirable.

The individual should also have excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills as well as working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment. As well as having a flexible approach to work and the ability to use their initiative.
