Electronics Design Engineer Warwickshire - £40,000 - £65,000 per annum

Benefits Package: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, standard pension, social fund, bonus

Hybrid working: 3 days onsite and rest WFH

An award winning, established and very successful engineering organisation located in the Warwickshire area are looking to hire for brand new Electronics Design Engineer to join the company and work within the highly innovative and skilled multidisciplined engineering team. The Electronics Design Engineer take on the development and certification of electronic hardware designs for innovative products, focusing on electronics system level down to develop the construction and circuit ideas for new and innovative products in the organizations premium product category. The successful Electronics Design Engineer will be developing complex Electronics Harwdare Design solutions for industry & technology usage within the medical, consumer electronics, transportation and many more.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or another relevant discipline
• 3-5+ years industry experience
• Experience in the full product design lifecycle – start to finish
• Electronics Circuit Design (analogue & digital)
• PCB Design & Schematic Capture
• Serial interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART etc)
• Microcontrollers (ARM STM32, M-Series, PIC, ESP32 etc.)
• Lead the prototyping, testing, modelling,, simulation, validation of electronic hardware, including component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with team members and company clients/customers

Non-Essential/Nice to have’s:

• Power Electronics – Power Supplies, SMPS
• Wireless technologies (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, ZigBee etc.)
• RF & Antenna Design
• Experience of Motor Drive Systems & Battery Powered Devices
• Design for EMC, ESD, LVD compliance
• Industry experience – Medical, Scientific, Consumer Goods, Transportation
