Facilities Coordinator - Aylesbury Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator for our Logistics client based in Aylesbury. Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Hours: 8am-5pm This role will include looking after 3 different sites, so the ideal candidate will need an access to their own vehicle and a driving licence. Duties:
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely delivery.
- Processing purchasing orders for office equipment, furniture, and maintenance supplies.
- Managing and monitor all utilities for three offices, including electricity, water, internet, and telecommunication.
- Reviewing and reconcile utility bills to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise utility consumption and implement cost saving measures.
- Managing tenant relationships, including lease agreements, rent reminder.
- Residential property, maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the office space.
- Managing and maintain contractual agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Reviewing and negotiating contract teams to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the company.
- Assisting in site repairs, maintenance, and renovations in collaboration with contractors and service technicians.
- Looking at the development of any new sites that the companies establish in future
Requirements: - Previous experience within a Facilities role 3-5 years minimum
- Great organisational skills
- Experience dealing with contractors and repairs
