Our Marketing department are searching for an experienced, dedicated individual to join their growing team at Lifetime Training.

Lifetime Group is searching for a talented and driven Creative Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the lead visual storyteller, helping us engage learners, partners, and the wider community through impactful creative solutions across various channels.
What will you be doing?
- Conceptualise and design engaging marketing campaigns: develop eye-catching visuals for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Craft compelling sales and partnership content: collaborate with colleagues to create presentations, proposals, and brochures that convert and build strong relationships.
- Bring brand initiatives to life: lead on activating brand campaigns, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of the curve: research and implement design trends, keeping Lifetime Training at the forefront of visual communication.
- Collaborate effectively: work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand needs and achieve shared goals.
- Inspire and ignite creativity: be the lead for creativity in the group; inspiring innovative use of our brand, maintaining control of our asset estate, and managing the user experience of all customer touchpoints throughout the buyer lifecycle
- Think differently: you’ll be working not only on Lifetime projects, but also across a variety of client’s brand guidelines, and you’ll need to ensure your output is always on brand to each client
- Develop and lead the overall creative strategy for the Group, delivering highly effective creative solutions that engage each of our key target personas
What will you bring to the role?
- A creative powerhouse with a proven track record of designing impactful visuals
- Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of branding principles and how to apply them across different media
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within a team environment
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Significant experience of working in a creative environment
