Court of Protection Paralegal, Salisbury

You:
You will be a paralegal or legal assistant with experience or an interest in court of protection work.
You will be highly organised with a pleasant telephone manner and be able to display a positive attitude.

A noted firm with a distinct and busy court of protection team.

The role:
In this role you'll be supporting the management of the financial affairs of people who lack capacity to do so themselves. 
The role involves displaying sensitivity and delivering excellent client service. 
Responsibilities include: Open and closing files, dealing with everyone involved in the day to day management of deputyships including those who lack capacity, their families and carers and those dealing with their financial affairs from investment managers to the deputies and the Court of Protection.
Dealing with day to day administration of deputyships, especially payment of bills , assisting with trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
