Looking for a new, varied and busy HR Business Partner role in Huntingdon?

We're looking for a collaborative, commercial HR Business Partner to provide the effective partnering of leaders and managers within this growing FMCG business.

You'll be balancing operational and strategic agendas with the role including:

Contribution to the people strategy

Employee relations

Employee engagement

Coaching and supporting line managers with disciplinary and grievance procedures

Provide regular updates on ER caseloads and trends

Reviewing and updating of internal policies

Support with new and ongoing People & Culture projects

Compliance

Updating the HRIS system accurately

Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified with experience of working in HR within in the manufacturing industry.

Broad HRBP / Generalist / Advisor experience is essential along with:-

Experience of developing strategies and planning

Experience of dealing with multiple ER cases

Excellent influencing and relationship management skills

This is a great opportunity to join an established HR team, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Location:

Huntingdon (Full-time onsite)

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
