Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Position Type: Full Time - Permanent 

Hours of work: 37.5 Hours per week

Function: Human Resources

Reporting to: Compliance Team Leader

Location: Remote Working

The Group Compliance team is part of the head office HR function and is responsible for ensuring all new employees to the Lifeways Group undergo pre-employment screening.  As Compliance Administrator, you will need to have an eye for detail, the ability to manage your own workload, excellent communication and verbal skills, complete reference requests and ensure that Health Screening and DBS/PVGs (Disclosure & Barring Service) checks are received before any new employee starts within the Group.

You will work closely with a number of teams within HR Shared Services and other support functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the service to the agreed SLAs and KPIs, together with the associated service performance reporting

This is a ‘hands on’ role and you will be expected to roll your sleeves up to get the job done, a “can do” attitude is a must for this role.
