My client is in search of a committed and proactive
Coordinator, a role that is pivotal in supporting the new Service Delivery team, acting as an interface with individuals from various organisations, locations, and disciplines. With your knack for multitasking and a high-energy approach to getting the job done, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day administration within the project office.
Key responsibilities will include onboarding new suppliers and agency personnel, administering the manning plan, maintaining outstanding action lists, and collating work packs for offshore execution works. You'll also expedite vendor quotations, coordinate all shipping, and manage the offshore crew planner. Your excellent administrative skills will ensure that all technician information for each client is supplied ahead of mobilisation.
