Job description

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Finishing Manager to work with a main contractor on a large scale commercial project.

Location: Cardiff

Position: Full time, Freelance

The finishing manager responsibilities will include:

* Managing all the day-to-day internal finishes
* Checking quality, signing off completed sections of work
* Take the control of extremely detailed snagging and finishes.
* Coordinate the internal trades and subcontractors and push to ensure a quality finish
* Contribute to the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences
* Driving the completion of the finishing works to company standard
* Creating snagging lists
* Holding progress meetings with the site manager and contracts manager

Required:

* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
