Job description

We are looking for a confident and energetic individual to join a rapidly-growing recruitment company in the Bury area. You will be recruiting within the Education Industry. Your role will be to manage your clients’ expectations and successfully provide the right candidates they are looking for.

Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant job:

• Sourcing potential candidates for jobs
• Develop new business and managing existing accounts
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing candidates, arranging interviews and making candidate offers
• Pre-screening candidates by contacting them via phone and email

Required Skills Recruitment Consultant job:

• Good phone manner
• Ability to work alone and be accountable for your work
• To be able to multi task

Recruitment Consultant | £20,000 – £25,000 | Bury | Immediate
