The role will see you be an ambassador for the company and be responsible for directly selling the product portfolio in your territory, optimising customer service and customer experience with a focus on driving new business. Collaborating with the leadership team, internal/external key stakeholders to establish the business as a leader and expert within the UK aesthetics field.
This opportunity provides you with the ability to be a part of building and driving the UK business, working with a small team in a fast-paced, high growth and entrepreneurial environment.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
3 - 5 years’ experience in a strong sales position, within the Aesthetics industry.
Experience in business planning, organisational & problem solving skills.
Highly motivated with drive and determination to succeed with a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
An absolute winner’s mindset with proven negotiating techniques, a thorough understanding of the buying process, and documented evidence of consistently overachieving sales targets and metrics.
