Job description

Manage and oversee all aspects of property leasing activities.
Prepare and review lease accounting schedules.
Liaise with landlords and property management companies.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Analyse and interpret leasing agreements and financial data.
Implement improvements to lease accounting processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
