A multi-award winning AJ100 practice seeks an experienced Senior Architect to join their talented team based in West Sussex.
This highly reputable firm deliver fantastic projects across a range of sectors but they are specifically looking for a Senior Architect to come on board and become an important part of their Residential team.
The role would be ideal for someone who comes with a background in successfully delivering medium to large scale housebuilder-led residential and mixed-use projects.
You will gain the chance to take a pivotal role in leading the design and delivery of a wide range of projects through all RIBA stages. As such, Architects with demonstrable experience leading multiple projects simultaneously will be highly sought after.
The Senior Architect will also be required to bring extensive knowledge in preparing initial feasibility site layouts, detailed masterplans and planning application packages.
Senior Architect Requirements
A highly competitive salary is on offer to the successful Senior Architect, likely to be in the range of £40-£45k, alongside flexible working and great career development prospects.
