Job description
Full-time, part-time, residential, and non-residential opportunities available (over 35 weeks per year) on a temporary and permanent basis
Shift pattern which will include days, evenings, and weekends.
Salary and hours: up to 48 hours per week over 35 weeks pa. Actual salary from £19,188.75 to £21,309.62 pa plus holiday pay (FTE £28,509- £31,660 pa). Where overnights are worked an additional overnight allowance is payable.
At Cheltenham Ladies’ College, we aim to provide a strong support network for every one of our pupils. Around 710 students will board with us in one of our 12 Sixth Form and Junior Boarding Houses and your role will be at the heart of our pastoral care as you join one of the dedicated, professional teams working under the direction of a Houseparent.
In addition to looking after our students’ wellbeing, you will help with the day-to-day running of the house. You may have experience in a similar role, but it is not essential.
We are interested in those who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the development and welfare of young people, have common sense, a flexible attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Full training will be given.
