Develop and grow as a Care Supervisor with Alina Homecare Disability Support Team in Southampton.
We’re looking for someone with an enthusiastic, dedicated and driven attitude to join us as they develop their career.

Collaborative working –contributing to the service development by working closely with your Team
Recruiting & supervising – supporting and growing your Team so they develop in their roles

You’ll need proven experience in…
· Health and social care, with a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ
· The learning disability or supported living sector at a similar level
· Understanding complex care needs
· CQC regulations and how to translate these into working practice
· Supervising or managing a staff team
· The ability to prioritise and multitask
· IT literacy
· Strong leadership, excellent communication and problem solving skills
· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
You’ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle. The role is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references & an enhanced DBS check.
