The Role

Do you have excellent research and analytical skills? Are you good at making complex data easy to understand?If so, we've got the perfect opportunity for you – we’re hiring a Corporate Policy and Performance Officer.

In this role,you will be supporting our leadership team.You will be responsible for the development and up keep of our performance management framework.You will be extracting, analysing and reporting on key performance measures,making sure we meet our goals and stay on track.
You will also have the opportunity to work on projects that support our corporate plan and keep track of the progress of our strategic priorities.

Special Conditions

Flexible approach to working hours, able to work outside normal office hours if necessary, including a requirement to be available for evening meetings.

Within this role there is the opportunity for Hybrid working depending on the need of the business

Appointment to this post is subject to satisfactory clearance of a basic disclosure check (Disclosure & Barring Services (DBS)) under the Police Act 1997.
