Call Centre Advisor
Stoke-on-Trent, ST4
Salary: up to £22,000 + £2,400 OTE bonus
Overtime available paid at x1.5
Key role and responsibilities for Call Centre Advisor
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• Handling customer queries
• Using negotiation skills to come to fair solution
• Advise and explain customer options to resolve circumstances
• Noting each call to record progress taken with customer
Minimum requirements for Call Centre Advisor
• Ability to actively listen and effectively respond to any queries
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Desire to help others
• Willingness to work independently or as a part of the team
Working hours:
Rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday
Week one 08:00 - 16:30
Week two 10:30 - 19:00
One in 4 Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30
