Job description
The P2P Change Programme Coordinator role involves managing and coordinating the P2P change program, with a specific focus on the Basware system. The role acts as a vital link between operational business units, purchasing, and Shared Service Center (SSC) teams, ensuring thorough understanding and efficient use of the Basware tool, along with other P2P systems like Ariba and SAP ERP.
Mission & role of the function
To be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the P2P change programme.
Focus on Basware topics to make sure all stakeholders understand its added value and know how to properly use this tool. In addition supporting in other P2P systems/ issues/ projects (Ariba, SAP ERP)
Providing a bridge between the operational business, purchasing and SSC to ensure that all impacts are assessed and training provided where necessary.
Key accountabilities
Work as a bridge between the business and P2P process teams (SSC and Procurement) to ensure that change impacts are fully understood.
Provide SME input into P2P process decisions
Work with the business to identify short falls / gaps in process / programme of change management / delivery, reporting back to both the business and P2P function on identified areas for improvement.
Work with the business to identify short falls / gaps in user awareness of systems use, providing materials and training where necessary
Aid development of course structure and associated materials to meet the demands of training delivery to the end users
Where appropriate, deliver courses and associated materials
Monitor and manage user skills assessment based against completed training schemes.
Define reference matrix for basic user training for all operational systems
Perform other duties as may be reasonably requested by the appropriate Manager.
Coordination of P2P Change management and training for Hanson UK . Training focus on Basware.
Experience
Demonstrable track record in significant P2P systems and processes .
Proven knowledge in Basware is required, knowledge in other systems like Comarch / SAP Ariba / SAP MM module is advantage
Have excellent verbal and written communications skills at all levels of Hanson staff.
Focused delivery of customer service.
Have/develop a good working knowledge of the group's applications and business requirements.
Have experience of producing e-learning materials.
Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project
