We are pleased to be working with an Industry leader and forward-thinking fabrication specialist, that due to continued growth, are looking to expand their team with 2 Fabricators
What to expect as a Welder/Fabricator?- Manufacture of fabricating and welding steel frames, structures, and sheet metal fabrications.
- Evaluate and interpret, sketches and other data to be used in the preparation of the product to be manufactured, conducting dimensional inspection prior to welding

PLEASE NOTE- A WELD TEST WILL BE CONDUCTED PRIOR TO AN INTERVIEW. SO, YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO YOUR OWN WELD MASK TO USE WITHIN THEIR FACTORY AT THE TIME OF THE TEST
What hours would I be working as a Welder/Fabricator?
Please note: Potential to be asked to work a shift pattern (Shift allowance would be payable on top of basic salary)
Shift 1: 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 Friday
Pay Range: Basic day rate £12.70 to £17.00 per hour (dependent upon skills & experience)
Once training has been completed on shift 1 (day shift) could be asked to work a shift pattern as follows:
Shift 2: Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:00 hours & Friday 06:00 to 12:00 hours
Pay Range: 6-2 shift rate £14.29 to £19.13 per hour
Shift 3: Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 22:00 hours & Friday 12:00 to 18:00 hours
Pay Range: 2-10 shift rate £15.88 to £21.25 per hour
Overtime available, but not guaranteed at the below rates: Overtime rate: Between £16.89 to £22.61 (dependent upon basic pay rate). For any overtime hours worked over 48 hours the rate increases between £19.05 to £25.50 per hour (dependent upon basic pay rate).
Where would I be working as a Fabricator? Our client is located in Sandbach, CW11. You will need to live in Sandbach or the surrounding areas and be able to easily commute to this location.
