Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our clients team at a Birkenhead based primary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's finances, human resources, and administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong background in finance and administration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the school's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee the school's human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage the school's administration, including facilities management, health and safety, and compliance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the school.
• Work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to support the school's strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial management, human resources, and administration.
