The restaurant offers its guests a truly unique dining experience! Guests can expect a schedule of jazz music events, or wine evening to gather all the wine lovers in the area in a spacious restaurant floor serving the very best of British produce along with a long list of bespoke beverages all prepared in-house. Job Description 45 hours per week The General Manager position is the perfect role for an ambitious Restaurant Manager or an Assistant General Manager. As well as operational control, The GM will be responsible for leading & motivating a team, understanding revenues, sales & marketing. They will be working closely with the Head Chef, trained in a Michelin star environment to keep the offer and products fresh and exciting with the highest standards of service. Qualifications Have experience in as a manager within a hospitality environment, ideally restaurant Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment and team Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills Good delegation and influencing skills Able to demonstrate team development skills Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service Additional Information
