Pay Rate: £25, 574.26
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 - rotational 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm
Location: Doncaster - DN8 4HT

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Stock Manager to join our team. As a Warehouse Stock Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the stock operation . You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and availability of stock, contributing to the overall success of the operation.

What does the role entail?

• Responsible for a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and development.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, investigations, and reconciliation.
• Implement and enforce stock procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, procurement, and finance, to optimize stock levels, minimise stock discrepancies, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of stock transactions, including receipt, storage, pick, and dispatch.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience in stock control and inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• People management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Solid understanding of stock inventory principles, procedures, and best practices.
