About Our Client
A family run business, with a client reach of over 600 customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an agricultural company where no two days will be the same. This role is based in a lovely setting in Boroughbridge.
Working hours for this role :
Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm /8.30am - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 1pm with 1 afternoon off during the week .
Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Team leader:
- Working with the sales order department, improving team efficiency
- Action customer queries, and responding in a timely manner.
- Updating records and price files as needed.
- Maintain customer records
- Lead and manage the team of sales order administrators.
- Overseeing and checking the invoice process, ensuring all runs smoothly.
- General administration as required
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience of management previously.
- Good knowledge of computer systems , EDM knowledge is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
