Locum Prison Nurse (ANP) role available in Stretton!

Pay Rate: £39.54 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: Locum & Ongoing Contract
Hours: Full time

Requirements of the Prison Advanced Nurse Practitioner:
- Must be a Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner, with a relevent qualification and a valid NMC pin with no restrictions.
- Have at least 2 years recent post registration experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Have experience working within Primary/General Healthcare.
- Previous prison experience and current prison clearance is desirable.
Main Duties:
- Working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Providing evidence based integrated healthcare.
- Assessing the care needs of prisoners.
- Developing, implementing and evaluating holistic care packages.
- Working within the healthcare team.
- Providing promotion, assessment, treatment and evaluation of care.
- Working within a secure environment.
