We have a great Administration Assistant role supporting the Managing Director, running the reception and ensuring smooth office operations.

My client specializes in providing high-quality equipment for the ground care sectors and counts some of Europe’s major sports clubs and as their clients.

They are seen as one of the market leaders in their sector and as a result are a great employer with a strong employer brand and collegiate work force.

The Administration Assistant will manage enquiries, bookings, invoices and more while demonstrating excellent organisation and communication skills.

Other key aspects of this varied role include dealing with email enquiries, electronic payments, general office admin, personnel files, supplies & stationery and the arranging Vehicle Service & MOT’s.

Overall, this role offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic administrative environment within a leading sports contractor.
