Job description

This leading offshore law firm has a new opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join the team based in Jersey or Guernsey. Applicants will ideally have between 2-5 years of relevant PQE gained as a UK qualified Solicitor.

The primary purpose of the role will involve responsibility for all aspects of the preparation and conduct of proceedings of all kinds in courts and other tribunals, including insolvency proceedings, as well as advice on all matters involving disputes or potential disputes, the enforcement of rights and obligations and the interpretation of legal documents and legislation.

To apply for this opening, you must be a qualified lawyer with strong academic qualifications. Applicants will also display a strong knowledge of litigation procedures and underlying substantive laws as well advocacy skills appropriate to level of qualification.
