Salary: £35,000 (uncapped commission)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and tenacious Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and drive growth in the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on autonomy and has a passion for delivering results. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the trust and flexibility to manage your own diary and time effectively to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source leads and build sales opportunities through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our team of Engineers to identify and capitalise on sales prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, upselling our range of products and services.
  • Attend industry networks and events to expand our presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilise a consultative, customer-focused approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Sell a comprehensive range of products and services, including individual dental equipment, full fit-out projects, and maintenance/service agreements.
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative by thinking outside the box to generate innovative sales ideas and opportunities.
Person Specification:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dental or health care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the Midlands region as required.
