ROLE: Transactional Finance Manager,
SALARY: £55k
LOCATION: Birmingham
Join our client as a Transactional Finance Manager, overseeing Credit Control and Accounts Payable functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams to maximize performance.
- Manage KPIs, system improvements, and ERP projects.
- Ensure compliance with controls and Sox regulations.
- Forecast cash flow and manage customer credit.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee payments.
- Provide technical accounting advice and conduct reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in multinational finance roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
